An easy-to-operate and very
efficient 2-axes control is standard equipment of the T 20 DuoControl.
Thus the cutting height and depth of cut can be positioned
electronically controlled.
Work pieces can always be worked from below
with the spindle tilted to the rear. A big step for greater flexibility
and safer operation.
Due to the standard display (patent) indicating the fence’s
adjustment dimension settings with tilted
spindle can be done according to your drawing. Set-ups with tilted

CNC
The T 26 CNC is equipped with a modern
PLC unit supporting you to control the
cutting height, spindle tilt, depth of cut and the position of the
infeed jaw. A 5th axis,
the automated adjustment of the table opening
to the tool diameter, can be added as an additional option.
If the machine is operated under the right conditions, set-up time can
be reduced by more than 57% (compared to a conventional tilting shaper).
Even simple adjustments, e.g. rebates, are adjusted approx. 22% faster
with CNC support.
The easy-to-operate PLC can memorize
1000 individual tool
positions i.e. the cutting height, depth of cut, cutting angle, position
of the infeed jaw, tool in use and optionally the position of the
motorized table opening.
